Old flowers for Wedding

Freshlook flowers did not live up to their name when they supplied the flowers for my son's wedding on 21 September. When I arrived at the wedding, the bride's mother and wedding coordinators called me aside to show me that they had thrown the wedding bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets in the dustbin, and took me to the chapel to see the poor quality flowers that had been put up.
I was dismayed to see that most of the flowers had already turned brown, - even those used in the bouquet. The bride's mother rushed off to buy new flowers for the bride and bridesmaids and the coordinators made new bouquets - which were of a far superior quality than that delivered by Freshlook. I phoned Sanja from the church and all she could say was "what do you want me to do now? ". I want to warn anyone that is considering using Freshlook to double check what she promises, as she does and did not deliver on her promises. UNfortunately I cannot attach the photos of the flowers as evidence, but I did send them to her. No response received.
