Unresolved credit query

I took a jean back to Calton center and i was credited on my account emmidietley, but on the 12th when i went to buy i was told i dont have credit, my issue was i have receipts for every transactions and the staff at the store were very dismisive and could not explain how my reciepts fiffer from their system and noone explained to me how the R380 flew out the window. im vey unhappy as to how it was everyone elses fault but theirs, even the manager understood my concern but could not mathemetically explain what happened.
