SYSTEM FAULTY- Customers problem. STAY AWAY!!!

In march I bought a blouse -cash for R399. from Truworths Kollonade. On the 20th March 2013 I went back to return the blouse, I saw another blouse for R360. and decided that I'm going to take this blouse, basically it is an axchange and they have to give me R39. cash return. I dont know what the women did on their system exchanging these blouses, but on the slip she did a credit note, which is not correct, because she was supposed to credit the 1st blouse and give me the cash, and then just do a normal transaction for the second blouse for R360.But she went and did a credit note that doesn't even make sense. Credit note no: 30009011499.
So on 26 March I went to return the blouse of R360. as it was not suitable. The personel helping me stated that shes going to give me a credit note, I told her that I dont want a credit note as I paid cash For the first blouse. I am trying to explain this to her, but all she is saying is that I paid the blouse with a credit note so she cant give me cash. She and Jim cant even understand what I'm telling them! I'm not satisfied paying them cash but they wont give me back cash! Its not the 1st time Im returning something to them, definitely the last! DISGUSTED!!!
