I've had an unblemished account with Truworths for years & I am extremely unhappy about the way my exchange has been handled. I bought an item, only had it on for not even an hour, whereas my husband noted strange marks on the material. This item was returned to your Tygervalley branch immediately. I was told the manager is out of town & will attend to this when she gets back. Approx. two weeks passed upon which I popped in at the store & I was told I was phoned (one time), but did not answer my phone so they left the item for me to collect. I don't know how they can expect me to know this, anyhow, this even gets better. My request was declined, to say the least I was very upset, but gave your Manager the benefit of the doubt, I was told that I messed on the blouse & it was my fault. I returned home whereas I washed & handwashed this item, to no avail. Yesterday I popped in at a drycleaner & she recommended I take this further. She told me you could clearly see it's a defect on the material & it could not possibly be anything I messed. I am so unhappy with Truworths at the moment & will definitely be closing my account.
