Truworths
Treated like an animal

Just after church i thought i will go into Truworths and change a top i bought, for a dress i liked. As i got to the counter Lizzy asked for my slip, i said, "i don't have it but it is on my history, she called the so called manager whom i've never seen in branch 426 before. He did'nt even look at me, came straight through Lizzy explained to him in zulu and he just started looking at the top, turning it around, in and out, looked at the ticket as if i pulled it out and reattached it in all this time he eventually looks at me saying, "If you dont bring your slip next time i can not do the return. He then took the top away after a while came back. Truworths staff are always so friendly and helpfull it was the first time i got such bad attitude from staff at Truworths. Words will not discribe what they made me feel. When all was done i wanted a dress that was R400, i did'nt know i did'nt have enough credit Lizzy tells me, 'Its R400, 'I said ill take it', she says "you dont have credit, gosh the way she spoke to me, i was so embarassed there was people waiting behind me in the line. I asked her for there. After my xperience i would hate to go back there and shop but there is no other Truworths store here.
