Beyond Excellent Service

I saw a shoe in Cavendish Sq and sales assistant named Candice, called into Canal Walk for a size. Then, I went 2 CW only 2 find that there r sizes 6s in both size 5 boxes. Now, it ws neither Candice nor Amanda's fault, that this mishap hapend. But, the assistance n quality of customer service I got 4rm Amanda was overwhelming. She took her own initiative to source out the very same shoe from Sandton and got it delivered 2 their CW branch.
I take my hat off for her. Its not always that we get sales assistants, who do that without being asked to.
I applaude her for great service and her warm smile, bt mostly for going that extra mile. Keep shining!!!
