Simple words BAD!!!

I had it now with Game Key West if it is not the fact that the staff laugh at you in your face then it is staff that is incompetant and should not be in a position in a retail store like this. To start with i went to the store to enquire about a debit order wich is not reflecting then the person that delt with me was so rude that i was going to have a heart attack. After she sorted my query out i called the so called managers and took them straight to her while they talk to her she kept on doing her own stuff she could not even say sorry. Then Yesterday i went to go purchase a kiddies tricycle wich is on special the person wich assisted me first was playing with some of the toys on the shelf and when i asked for assitance he went apparently to the store room and and showed me something totally wrong wich i never asked for then he called for some one else this person did give me the right stuff when i confronted him the first person he said he doesnt work in that department but why was he playing with the stuff wich is there for the consumer to purchase, This was the last straw i had enough i will take this to every news paper i can and also to the customer protection act
