Lack of service! Unkept promises: No communication

I placed an order on the 15 Jan 13 and paid via their online link the same day. Received a receipt of payment on the same day from my bank to confirm payment.By the 18th the order was not processed. This started a trail of communications to Kalahari. Each time I was asked to email proof of payment so they now have at least 6 copies! Each time I was promised a follow up and did not receive it.
On or about the 21st I received an email from them to say that they would cancel the order as the payment had not been received so once again I emailed them a receipt. This elicited a response of confirmation of receipt of the mail and a further promise that the delivery would be made within 2 to 4 days.
By the 25th the order on the system still indicated a non payment! Finally and extremely Irate, I demanded to speak to the customer relation manager (Janice) who had never heard about the issue despite direct communications with Rogan and Dawood.
I am now told that the problem was a system error???!!! as if only robots work there. I am also told my order will be expedited today. Only time will tell. However I am beginning to believe that I may possibly have been defrauded out of money!
