I, Nthabiseng Precious Motloung still don't have my mtter resolved ever since last year. I have informed Home Choice that I didn't receive the order and was informed to send through an affidavit which I have done, but still I receive no joy nor solid feedback from anyone that I speak to. I get phone calls everyday being pestered of why payment wasn't made and when it will be made, does it make sense to pay for something I never received? I don't think so. I am the only one playing my part here and not Home Choice. Am concerned about my status on the ITC records, I believe this matter is being handled unprofessionaly and carelessly hence I fear that I will soon be blacklisted. Will someone communicate progress on my account before I get the law involded of which Home Choice will be liable for the costs. Is the system used not user-friendly for every agent to see that my account is a case? A consultant just phoned to ask if I received the order and NO, I STILL HAVEN'T MIRACULOUSLY RECEIVED THE ORDER and frankly, I DON'T WANT IT ANYMORE. Just do me the honor of clearing my account and name and close the account effective immediately!!
