I have baught a Tablet Stylus 7 WIFI E Tab cash on 09/06/2013 at INC CONNECTION WONDERPARK PRETORIA. During this mont of Desember 2013 the tablet was taken in to the same branch and reported that it is faulty. I explained to the sales person that I was busy playing games on the tablet and the screen went NUM and blury out of a sudden. The salesman argued wth me and accused me of neglegance and misconduct of the tablet wich IS TOTALLY NOT!!! The case!!! They refused to repair it although its still under gaurantee for a year after purchase... I demand my money back or a REPAIR wich I prefer. The consultant was very arrogant. I defnately know for a fact NOOO negligance was taken place from my side but I am the one that is being accused. The consumer is wright and I am wrong. I am very upset and I want value for my money. Its very easy for consumers always giving the customer the blame and refusal of repair to save them costs and whe have to pay all the time and fight for what's right. How can a consumer blame me if its not the case!!!
