David went out of his way to help me sort out a problem with my front wheel pin. If someone didn't tell me he was the manager, I would've never guessed it. He is a real hands-on manager. Always visible, even organizing and doing some of the work himself. Sorting out problems personally. He even called me afterwards to make sure that everything was still fine. Thank you David. There aren't too many managers like you around. Now that's going the extra mile.
