I went to CNA to pre-purchase a pc game (Call of Duty - Ghosts), that will be released on 05/11/2013. The pre-purchase edition comes with extras not included in the normal retail version and is listed on the CNA website as available to pre-purchase. After speaking to the person behind the counter and only receiving a blank stare, the person eventually called a supervisor who promptly informed me that they "Dont know how to do a pre-purchase", and instead of trying to figure out how to do a pre-purcahse, or call someone to assist, I just received the same blank stare.

As both myself and a friend went to pre-purchase this game, this CNA store lost out on R1100 because of staff ineptitude.

We eventually purchased the game online.
