We decided to go with sos for our house and they (michael) gave us a quote of R2500 remotes R400 wich should come to R2900. my mom paid them that and recieved a call to say it was actually R3500 so dont know how they calculated. but also the day the tecnitian came to install the alarm he scratched thru all my mothers personal cupboards and turned everything upside down and my mother laid a complaint wich went nowhere and she was even badmouthed by some at their office's about it as if it was her that did wrong. and the woman at the office also phoned my mother and asked her for the extra 600 rand wich my mom said she aint gonna pay them the woman also became rude and talked to my mother in a bad way. where does sos employ their staff? must be from the local shibeen. i have never seen such bad service in my life.. we havent been with them for a month but today im getting guardian security back here.
