Incompetent MTN

Account was opened before month end of November, Pro rata payment for November was supposed to be deducted with the December premiums on the 1st of January 2013 and that was never done. Arrangements were made that MTN would debit me every 01 of every month, however some lady called on the second week of December welcoming me as an MTN member and asked me a couple of questions, upon our conversation I advise her to change the debit date to be on the 25th of every month. Months went by without any problems and assuming that everything was in order until I noticed that the lines were suspended due to non-payments whereas I made arrangements with MTN to debit me every month and all the documents including my banking details were submitted. I recently got an sms telling me that my account has been handed over and I don't understand. I issued my banking details and all the necessary info to make sure that we have no issues however you failed to do so. If I gave you guys incorrect information then id understand, I even followed up with you guys but still nothing was done.
REINSTATE MY ACCOUNT AND DEBIT THE AGREED MONTHLY CHARGES AND CLEAR MY NAME ASAP.
