I open my account with electric express December i was advise that my debit order will run on the 1 March i was banking with Absa my banking details was change to capitec i went to lenasia branch where i open my account to update my banking details before my debit date which i the 1st of march, i receive sms letting me know that my debit order did not go through i went to lenasia branch to ask what is going on since my debit order only due 25 february they advice me to ignore that cause the fault was on their side suddlenly i receive a call from ZINHLE MCUBE which she advise with the debit order i tried to explain the situation to Zihle where by she did not want to listen to me wanted my to listern to her on the other side she was so rude that girl dont deserve to work for customer service she dont have customer service at all please hire someone with manners more especially on customer service side .i phone lenasia after Zinhle they advise thaat Zihle did not read the notes on the system. Word of advise Zihle make sure you read the notes before you become RUDE to custome
