No response to several email queries

I emailed Edgars on 13 April re a pair of shoes which I am trying to find. I got a reply in which they asked me for the SKU/style number. I went back to the store, which is far from where I live and got all the info and sent it through. Despite several follow ups, no response. I phoned number given in emails and spoke to someone who said the codes that I have, are wrong. (impossible!!) I told her that I have even taken photos with my cellphone of the price tag to prevent something like this and if she could provide me with a correct email address where I could send this to. She couldn't. Since then I have sent MANY emails and in return I get responses asking me if someone had contacted me and if not I should phone the call centre. I HAVE MADE IT CLEAR THAT I HAVE DONE SO AND IT WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, yet they are telling me to do the same thing over and over. The last 2 emails were from Eldon Stighling. I have been a customer for more than 30 years and to be treated like this is an insult.
