I've been an Edgars account holder for about 3 years and have consistently bought on my account for that time period. I've noticed that the retailer is particularly bad when it comes to assisting customers with searching for items at other branches and have personally experienced it numerous times.
I submitted an enquiry via the Edcon customer relations email address regarding searching for a pair of size 3 Converse All Star sneakers at my four nearest Edgars branches. I sent the email on the 12/06/2013 with the SKU and style number and have still received no feedback. I've sent another email on 19/06/2013 to request if there's any feedback on my email - no-reply. I don't have time to personally go to the different branches to search for the item and therefore have chosen to send an email seeing that such a service is available.
I was excited to open an Edgars account at the time I did but I can now confidently say that I am definitely closing the account after I've settled the balance as customer care and assistance in the company is non existent.
