Returned goods purchased on Sunday - last night that was incorrect in size - unopened in original packaging, collected the correct size and other goods I wanted and went off to the refunds counter, after stand in a Queue I got to the counter explained to the agent that i wanted to return these goods and replace and take other goods. This agent Wesley choose to broadcast and announce to myself and everyone else, read the sign there on underwear exchange- my reaction ok embarrassing - its ok refund the other item and ring up the other items I want to purchase - well does Wesley not humiliate me further by holding up the underwear and saying ARE YOU SURE THIS IS YOUR RIGHT SIZE - I then asked what did he think he was doing by embarrassing me like that. Well mam that's company policy that we ask that, i then asked for the manger, to the agent to keep the goods, as for being a Woolies customer for 20 years Thanks I have always wanted to feel embarrassed and humiliated and insulted by your staff and then bribed with flowers when I voiced my concern and then told I know that it looks like i am bribing you.
