After buying a 2pk bra for my daughter and she fitting it, only one of the bra's fits perfectly, but the other one is far to tight. I am not sure if it could be a manufacturing problem.
I paid for brand new items and was not happy as she could only wear one.
When I tried to exchange it for one size bigger today (hopping that both will fit her better), I was advised that they do not refund or exchange underwear.
According to Thobile this is a new policy and it now reflects on the back of the receipt.

I asked if this is a new policy why was it not emphasised especially when buying underwear, so that you know you do not have the option to exchange it should there be anything wrong with it? No answer to that was given.

Should I have known this at the time of purchase I would never have made the purchase at this supplier for the specific item. Much rather used another store that I have been a customer of for many years knowing they exchange underwear if the client is not happy.
I am extremely upset as I feel that the store was not fair and honest regarding this sale. There was no proper disclosure made about the new policy and I feel that the supplier should be held account
