LISTED ON CREDIT BEUREO FOR SWEET NOTHING

I have an account with MR. PRICE 08. I have been paying them prompt even more than my installment every month. In October I short paid the account. They listed me without even telling me about it. I'm incredibly shocked. I tried to open an account with MTN but I was declined because of MR. PRICE. I tried with increasing my credit limit with the bank, I was declined because of MR. PRICE I cannot believe this. It's shocking. After all these years being a good customer, now my credit record has gone down and it is blocked for two yrs. how stupid can this be. I was told by credit bureau that I have to wait for TWO YRS because I'm cleared, Mr. PRICE CLAIME THAT they have cleared me from the ITC after I have paid the account off, they were not telling the truth, I'm still listed. I cannot do anything except WAITING FOR TWO YEARS. I NEED SERIOUS HELP. I don't know how their system work, one minute I've short paid, another minute my account is not behind. Who do I believe? No one wants to take responsibility about this matter. I'm frustrated my credit record is affected, I cannot believe this. MR PRICE IS SO IRRESPONSIBLE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT. I WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT ON MONDAY!
