Incompetent staff and long queues at peak times

Yesterday, 7 May, at 12:00 I was at the Clicks Pharmacy in Hatfield Clicks where the Pharmacist informed me that I would not be allowed to obtain my prescription because I didn't hand in my original at that branch. This was innaccurate as he should have seen on his system that I in fact, did hand it in there. Thereafter ensued a nonsensical explanation about why he thinks it wasn't at Hatfield branch and how they did not have stock of the 5 different things on my prescription.
Today at 12:45 I went again.
There was only 1 pharmacist on duty at the Prescription section during peak time.
A different pharmacist helped me after I stood in the queue for 25 minutes and she said that the pharmacist the previous day was talking nonsense.
She gave me 3 of the 5 things on the script and told me to come back tomorrow for the rest. The incoherency between pharmacists, the low stock and the incessant wait in queues at this Clicks (at the pay-tills as well) is unacceptable.
