Took almost an hour to get prescription pill

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Cape Gate Clicks Pharmacy this morning. Went there at 09h10 to pick up my prescription pill, assuming it has been preloaded onto my Clicks Clubcard, as I handed in the prescription at Paarl Clicks Pharmacy a month ago. The pharmacist, Clarence Cronje, informed me that it isnt on their system. He phoned the Paarl branch who said they filed the prescription somewhere and never loaded it onto their system. As per Clarence, he had to wait for the prescription to be faxed to him first before he could give me my pills. I said I'll be back in a while. When I returned 30minutes later, there was a long que and only one pharmacist on duty (on the prescriptions side). When I eventually found Clarence, he said he hasnt received the fax yet and that I must phone the Paarl branch myself, which I then did. Clarence walked away. Paarl Clicks said their fax machine was broken but theyve now loaded the prescription onto the system. I then had to go to the back of the que again. I expected to be helped first, or at least an apology, but had to stand there for another 20mins. At the tills there was only 1 person on duty and a long que.
