Terrible customer service received!!!

Shipping cost was terribly high considering a normal post office delivery is - R70 whereas he charged R 250!
Took forever to reply to my mails and assist me in cancelling my Bid on Bid or Buy!
Taking a look at his past NEG ratings, his jewelry is shocking! - The price you pay for them is extremely high only to find out the crystals fall out and gold / silver peel off within a month or two from purchase.
When customers complain, he only gives them rude attitude and does not show a slight bit of will to help replace the ring or at least something to compensate the buyer.
Has a terribly rude attitude towards customers, and is very unhelpful!
Does NOT take the consumer act into consideration at all!
In only interested in his rating on Bid or Buy from the customer instead of going out of his way to truly give great customer service.
Once a customer rates his terrible service, he then in turn rates you as a terribly buyer!?
Do NOT buy from this company!
