My family and I went through to Quay Four for lunch on Monday 18th June. Not only did it take them over 35 mins to get our food to us, but when it arrived, my wife and my food was cold.
After speaking with the manager we received a terribly sorry and "can I get you something else? " I replied that I did not want to wait another 34 mins and that was that. Where are the days when a customer, who actually keeps the business running, is king?
Terribly disappointed.
