Terrible customer service and rude staff

I enquired about a place to rent with Jodi Lee Mitchell, who was useless at getting back to me and said she would email me details but never did. She was full of excuses and spoke over me the entire conversation and had a terrible attitude. When I called the head office to try and get some help, I left my number for a manager to call back - Ms Kleinhans - who also spoke over me and was rather rude and unhelpful - as if she really did not care at all. I would not recommend doing anything through this company. They are incredibly rude and unhelpful and no one seems to care - shocking and disappointing! How/why are they getting paid?!
