Disgusting pathetic obnoxious man!

This so called manager gave me an appointment over a week ago to have my car attended to for a warranty claim. 20 000 service was done by them a month ago.. One week later, after great inconvenience, having made arrangements to be picked up etc. I took the car there. Got up very early and drove through heavy traffic to reach there very early. This rude man then tells me that he has too many cars on that day and I have to re-book. My wife had to make other arrangements to get to work and this terribly man saw to the whites first and rudely told me to go away. He was not even apologetic. Not even a sorry. He didn't even give me another appointment. If he is incompetent to take on more than they should, why should I suffer. Also, I am treated badly because I bought the car from another branch, so he is not helpful at all, even when I take it for a service. GWM employs incompetent staff, rude and unhelpful, and badly trained. I will never buy another GWM because of the terribly traumatic treatment by this awfully rude "manager". I wish someone would discipline him, unless he knows that he is the big Boss there and can throw his weight around! He is terrible!
