Would not replace mattress under guarantee

I purchased a mattress with a 2 year warranty. I was told that the mattress will be replaced if I have any problems within 2 years. After 1 year the mattress was sagging badly. I contacted Ria Fourie the first time 5 Nov 2012. Until this morning 18 Feb 2013, she has not called me back once, the only response I could get was that she will call me back. When I insisted on a refund I was told that "right of admission is reserved" and that they would call the police to forcefully remove me from the premisses.
