Bad service from one of the call centre consultant

I received a call yesterday, 06/05/2013 from one of the call centre consultant from Mr Price as i have an account with them. The call centre lady was, i presume, calling me to tell me about my outstanding balance on my account. I asked her to call me after an hour as i was busy with a child, she then, i quote, asked me "why should i call back when ive said what i wanted to say". Unfortunately my anger took the better on me and asked her who does she think she is talking to me like that. Without letting me the customer to continue, she kept interrupting me, i then hung up the phone. Another lady, a nice lady i think her name was Phindile or Slindile, i forgot her name, called me from the same Mr Price call centre to discuss what the first caller was supposed to discuss with me. In my period as a customer of Mr Price ive never received such utterly disgusting rude service before, and i am not going to attribute it on race as that lady was the same race as me, but for her to speak to me in that manner was utterly rude and disrespectful. Mr Price, please fix the situation as i am afraid she might be treating your other customers the same way she did to me.
