I called in on Monday 29 July 2013 to get a quote for my new car the I was purchasing. I spoke to the consultant who gave me a quote R1100 and I said it would call back again once I make up my mind. He then asked me why I would like to call back I told him that I want to shop around for a price, he then said to me he can decrease the price but he needs to speak to his manager to authorize a discount. He then came back to me saying he can now give me a price of R940, so I asked him to email me the quote but he refused saying they can't!!! That is the first time that I have heard that a quote can't be mailed to me. After arguing he mailed it to me.

I called back a few hours later while I was at the dealer to activate the cover and spoke to another consultant only to find out that the previous consultant captured my details incorrectly to get a better price. This is totally incorrect my premium was now going to be R1400. If this is how you run business I would not recommend anyone to insure with you. Even after speaking to a manager he could not help me and give me the price quoted

This is totally disgusting service!!!
