My account was closed

Morning my name is Nomthandazo Mpontshane. I had an account with Mr Price but my account was closed earlier last year. But last year in December I received a rude call from the lady form MBD attorneys telling me to pay my Mr price account. I tried to explain to her that I do not have any Mr Price account anymore. My account was closed by Mr Price. But the lady did not want to listen and she was very rude. Now I keep on receiving sms from MBD saying I must pay up R5000 and some change for the account which I do not have. The thing that I do not understand from Mr Price how can the closed account, be transferred to attorneys. And they are really ruining my name for no reason. I am appealing to consumer embassy to help me clear my name because Mr Price company are real, that they want to rob innocent consumers.
