Mr Price
PAID ACCOUNT R0, GOT CHARGED R500 PLUS INTEREST

Good day

I went to pay my Fiance's account. We paid our account in full 2013/03/01 Total of R2569.52. Balance is R0.00. We then Closed the account.
We then got post saying we owed an additional R500 in the post and then went back to Mr price and just got told to contact the call centre. My Fiance did so and was told the the previous month 30 days plus before we made full payment, that they never received a our monthly payment. we tried rectifying this matter for months and got nowhere. Nana was the call centre lady who was interrupting and Rude and refused to do anything for us. Does not make sense that an account shows R0.00 and then told we still owe post payment. There is no prove from Mr price side.
Also, all the months trying rectify this, we were charged additional R300 plus interest and this has effected her Credit record! I do not want to speak to a call centre lady, I want to speak to some one who can help us rectify this. I have Paid the account, "AGAIN"! AND CLOSED IT 'AGAIN'! what are you going to do about this MR price, are you, Or are your people not doing there Job? I have copies of all payments etc. I want her credit record resolved and Vouchers equal too.
