Very rude

Pervashni called me on my cellphone requesting to speak to my fianc? I told her he is not around and would get him to them back. She then asked how he would do so without their number. I said we do have it. She became loud and rude. And dropped the call.

This is not how one deals with customers.. It unprofessional and disgusting! I for on am certainly not going to have my fianc? continue with mr price. If this us the way they treat their customer's. Irespective of the departments.

The people in that department are rude. What's annoying is they harass us even when payments have been made.
