Charged 3 x for same goods

On Sun 21 April I purchsed goods at Clicks in Monument Park. The cashier 1st of all did not accept Diners Card, I then handed my Debit card which the cashier swiped, I put my pin number and she advised me it is declined, I then told her it is not possible and she swiped again to again tell me it is declined. I then asked her to hold my purchases and went to draw cash for my purchased and went back and paid it. In the mean time my husband contacted me and 2 purchases from Clicks went off on our debit card and I immediately checked on our bank statement to see that on Sunday at 13h12 the amount was taken by Clicks and again straight after another amount taken off by Clicks 13h12 and then at 13h19 I paid cash for the third time - you can imagine how angry I was. Because it was Sun, they were already closed so I had to wait until Mon am when they open. I printed out my bank statement to show them what has happened. The branch Manager/Supervisor Helen then took copies and told me Head Office has to investigate. Imagine my frustration - they take your money 3 x and have to investigate - all I want was my money back. Still waiting for letter of explanation how this happened?
