I went to Click to buy my monthly medicine. When I got to the till, I paid with my debit card. The guy at the till swiped it. After I put my pin in, he said it did not go through, I'll have to put my pin in again. This happened twice, but still nothing. I went to the bank to get a statement and it showed very clearly that Clicks has taken the amount off 3 times. I showed it to them, but nobody knew what to do. I asked to see the manager and a "lady" arrived. she told me she was the manager. When I asked her what they are going to do about this, she laughed in my face and told me "Clicks doesn't do refunds! " I later found out that she was not the manager but a supervisor. She was rude and totally unqualified to be even a supervisor! She told me to go and see the bank about my money - they must pay it back. so off to the bank I went. At the bank they showed me that the money has been paid directly to Clicks and that they must pay me back. It is 4 days later and I am still where I was on Monday! Now I received an e-mail from clicks saying that the bank must pay me back and it will take 7 - 14 days for me to get my money back from the bank! The bank knows nothing about this!
