How convenient that I get an sms saying. "... PINETOWN account with a balance of R11468.62 has been handed over to MCS for collections...".. and after I complained on hellopeter I get an, "Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Kindly be advised that according to your enquiry, I have identified 3 issues:..." then an sms saying. "Please ignore previous sms sent on 29 April 2013 and refer to current sms, Your overdue Price and Pride, PINETOWN account with a balance of R3803.92 has been handed over to MCS for collection..." without anyone contacting me explaining to me what happend and how it happend. How many voiceless people just pay their account no questions asked? Are you aware that this is considered fruad?

Ive emailed Nicole Mccrudden [Email Removed] and she says " Please note that you will need to contact Price 'n Pride to make the payment arrangements as we do not deal with branch account. We only deal with the written off accounts. It seems like No one from Price and Pride is willing to help me with this or even contact me.
