Price 'n Pride exploits the uneducated!

My mother went to Price 'n Pride on Thursday, 19th December, to buy a bed set, kitchen set and other stuff that she bought for her new house in the Eastern Cape. She first asked the lady if there is a Price 'n Pride in Butterworth, the closest town to us in the Eastern Cape. Ester said yes, and sold my mother the furniture on impression that it will be delivered from the nearest Branch in Butterworth. This is a breach of TCF and CPA in every way possible.

Expecting the furniturhe to be delivered on the 23rd on Monday, it only came on the 30th the Next Monday. This is not the real problem. The problem is we paid R1 460 for a delivery, which my mother was not informed of, for furniture that came from East London, which was not communicated to her. We spent a week in a new house sleeping on the floor, I left without sleeping on that furniture and we asked 3 times for the deal to be cancelled so that we could get furniture close by, that did not happen. This is exploitation of our uneducated society, getting them into debt that they do not even understand. I ask about guarantees that she is paying for and she does not know, what explaining did Ester do to my mother.
