Price n Pride is making my life a living helll

I bought a tv on account I used to pay my instalments in advance, one month I paid then after a few days I was called to come to the store to take my money because my account has been paid up, we signed documents for a refund, after a few months I kept getting calls from their head office threating me to pay up or they will reposses, I went to the store numerous times and the manager kept telling me about system upgrade and that it takes time, its been a year now price and pride have blacklisted me and now claim to be coming to take the tv back which I dnt have anymore, still the manager tells me about the system upgrade till today, according to the head office I have never paid even a cent since I received my tv, I've lost my peace of mind because of this and I have a bad credit record now, I have been conned by a furniture store, do I sue the manager or the whole price n pride?
