UNBELIEVABLE HOW POOR THIS COMPANY SERVICE IS

So i posted a complaint about price and pride a few days ago. i was informed that my payments have been allocated and they await for port shepstone branch to reverse the interest that has been placed on the 'outstanding' account. i also requested that the club fee (which i did not agree to) be cancelled as well as the various insurances be cancelled and the fees for the above be removed from my account. as they are not applicable. 22/07/2013 i still waited for a settlement amount in order to pay the account on the 25/07/2013. Sifiso who has been attending to the complaint then stated my balance is at R2030, As my june statement reflected a balance of R2770 i proceeded to pay R450 (05), R550 (06) and R1000 (07), but my balance after the R2000 has been allocated on a R2770 account, i still owe R2030??? Sifiso stated it was the interest that stil needs to be reversed, does interest amount to R1300??? i have paid more than R9000 towards my R6000 account in half the payment term agreement, i could even be paid up and not even know it as i keep being charger?? I will be getting all doc's ready for legal advice now as this is getting rediculous
