Bad service Greenstone Mall admin store Manage

Bad service from the Greenstone store the Admin Manger.

I went to the store yesterday the 06-May-13 during 1pm To 2pm & got few things in my basket.
i went to the till paid for my purchases & when requested packets there was nothing available.
I then requested to speak to the manger requesting for packets as i neede to rush back to the office.
She was not helpfull what so ever. I than told her that I have no option but to leave the items behind & get a refund. She told me not a problem & that is exactly what i did.
i could not belive that a store manger couldnt even make an effort to try an assist or serve a customer. Its embarasing how Game Store mangers conduct customer services.

Will not shop at that sore in a hurry.
