Terrible service

I have been dealing with Furniture City Carlswald their service is appalling, I signed the offer to purchase on 30 April emailed them everything they needed. They don't respond to emails when you send them and when I decide to call them they have the worst attitude and not give me proper feedback. I just called the guy in the morning asking him what's the hold up with the sale and he said to me he still has to still call the warehouse and from the last time when I was at the store I was told he will call the warehouse on that same and give me a call the following day thus far nothing. When I email the store certain emails came through and the others conveniently don't get to them. I am sick and tired of this store giving me a run around like am some headless chicken.
