Furniture Warehouse's Poor Service & Bad Attitude

After viewing furniture to purchase, the order was placed and full payment made the day after. 4 weeks later lounge suite arrives being the wrong colour. We were never informed that they did not have the colour we ordered and they chose a colour closest to it which was much darker than we ordered. We sent the suite back. Few days later the dining room suite arrives with the table a different colour than the chairs (burgundy red and not mahaogny brown). After speaking to the sales representative (Wimpie) again, he makes the same excuses about the warehouse having problems. After asking him to take the table back, the sale rep now with a bad attitude, said he will take all the furniture back. We now sit with a dining room suite with chairs and table with a colour that does not match, no lounge suite, and no idea of whats happening to the lounge suite or the wrong colour table, when and if it will be sorted out, no response to emails. But they still have the full payment.
