Continuos Bad service

Furniture purchased from Furniture city ..Service and after sale service shocking.
After reporting this incident on Hello Peter two solutions were offered to my debacle
Furniture City offer to fulfil their sale and supply me with the bed I had originally purchased, and Consultant from their Sales department informs me that I can go into the store and select any bed. Only for Furniture City to negate on both offers!!! So to date I still have no bed, no call from Store Manager and no further offer of assistance.
If I do not call and follow up with regards to the bed, then I hear nothing from the store. This disastrous incident has been going on for the last 6 months. What am I to do... all i want is a DECENT BED!!
