Pathetic service from the warehouse

This is so frustrating to have to come on hello peter to get some sort of response from furniture city warehouse!!! me and my Fiance are highly upset that the service is terible at the warehouse, i mean we call in to confirm if our address is correct for delivery of our nexton longe set and our white coffee table and it was confirmed by a lady named carla, we supposed have received the furniture today so my fiance took off from work to receive it at our place- then we get a call from my fiances brother and he says that they are at his parents place to deliver the furniture!!! are the people at furniture city warehouse not doing there job??? then we later find out that the driver Eric cannot deliver it to us as they need to re-plan??? and then it gets worse!!! they dont have our cofee table with them because they suddenly do not have stock!!! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING AND ANNOING - HOW CAN YOU GIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS??? THIS IS APAULING!!!
