DSTV Winners List

This is the second time I am complaining about this. Two people did phone me regarding the competition that I have won. The first one said that I have won a PVR and that the Marketing Department would contact me. A second person phoned and said that I must go to our Services Department here near us and tell them that I am on the Winners List. I told that person that I was told that the Marketing Department would contact me so she said that maybe I should then wait as she is not from the Marketing Department.
Please could someone tell me how long does this take for the Marketing Department to contact me. I am waiting for full details on what I have won, etc. Surely you should send out even an email!
