Horrible Cheese - Worse follow up service

At the end of March we went for our monthly shopping at Pick 'n Pay Brentwoodpark, to try the new store out! I always shop at Pick 'n Pay, and I always buy the PP brand Gouda Cheese. When we got home I opened the cheese for lunch sandwiches. The cheese was grainy, it is almost as if it was frozen and then thawed, and it tasted sour... We couldn't eat it. I phoned the call centre, and was assisted promptly. I was promised a voucher in a few days time. Today (24 April) I receive my voucher in the post for R45!!! What!!! The cheese cost me R50!!! I didn't use any of it, it was not edible! Now I know it is R5, but really people!!! That is unacceptable!
