Hi. I report my dischwasher almost a month back on the 24th of April 2013. S000303371. The technician was here on the 13 of May 2013. 20 days after a report the problem. They told me that they will order the part and they will come and fix it on Saturday (17th) or Monday.(20th). I phone them on Friday. They told me that they going to Joburg, and they will phone me the same day. Im still waiting. Its now 28 days. This is my 2nd complaint on Hello Peter with this problem.
