Bought a dining room table and chairs in December 2012, was told delivery will take place in February 2013. After repeated visits to the store finally received delivery in march, complained that the order was incorrect and the product was damaged, was told that a new table and chairs would be made for me. Queried with the store n April, and was told that the order was not processed, then asked for a refund in the beginning of April. Was told that all should be done within a week. Went back to the store at the end of April to query refund, and still nothing was done. Was told that the refund would be processed by head office on 29 April, it is now may, and I have still to received any information from the store or head office.
