Misleading information and bad attitude from mng

I have promised myself I will never return to proshop woodmead and still keep on punishing myself, what do they say about "fool me once".

I life in klerksdorp and contacted the proshop regarding a specific item... The sales man confirmed they got stock in various colors and sizes. I specifically asked if he has a XL in size, didn't really worry about a colour... He said yes and that I should ask for him specifically when I come to the store. The phone got cut off and he phoned me back just to confirm I got his name and that I will ask for him.
I did all of this when I got to the store only to realize that they only stock to size L...
I asked him why he told me he has XL and he acknowledge that he did say that.
Like I mentioned I drove from Klerksdorp to JHB to come and buy this item, yes I did make other arrangements as well but this was the reason for my trip!

This is also not the first time I have a problem with this specific store, there managers are arrogant and not interested to assist you at all. How sad is this!!!
