I placed an order for a dinner service on 27 February 2013 and to date have not received same after numerous follow up requests however I have been billed (and billed incorrectly) for the product and even been phoned for payment. I have followed up on my order by phone and e-mail numerous time and just keep being dismissed as nothing they can do I must just wait. The poor service I have received is totally shocking and to date this matter has not been resolved. This was the first and LAST time I will deal with Home Choice and will let it be know to everyone I speak to the shocking service or lack thereof they have given me. Also the fact that they have billed me for items they have not even dispatched to me is shocking and to be asking for money when they cannot even give positive feedback on my outstanding order, what would I be paying for? if they cannot even deliver my order.
