Failure to refund after poor quality & service

I requested a full refund /- 2 weeks ago as per the CPA as lounge suite & wingback chair I received was faulty/damaged. I paid my 10% deposit with order on 13 January 2013. at the end of February I was told to come and pay the balance for delivery to take place. I paid in total R43605 prior to delivery on the 05th of March 2013. I didn't want to sign for goods as 1-seater and 3-seater were faulty & wingback damaged.. Stoneridge store said I must sign & list concerns then they will arrange for loan suite, swop and repair. 4 times they did not come on the date and time as arranged by head office & on 23 March I had enough, when driver was late again & did not have any order to bring replacement suite or fetch wingback from store to swop- he was only going to collect 3-seater. I then requested a refund and am still waiting. The store kept following up with head office and then gave me Darian's number on Friday. I have left 3 messages, the store emailed Darian. he has not Phoned. As the customer I have to pay upfront in full, then have to wait this long, even being told head office might want to collect first before refund, Why can't they refund first in good faith as I had to
